    BASIC CARE INSTRUCTIONS

    • Keep our MIKU sunnies in a safe place. Don’t put MIKU sunnies in the bottom of your bag.
    • Take your sunnies with you at all times! Don't leave it unattended. You'll never know when someone is eye-ing them. Don’t leave these in a hot car; sunglasses in the heat for too long will melt.
    • We are all beach bums at heart.  Just remember when you're on vacation, salt water and other chemicals don’t mix, so please don’t test the theory.
    • We agree, wearing your sunnies on top of your head looks super fab, but - PRO TIP-  it distorts the joints and weakens the frame.
    • Don’t use paper towel or coarse materials to clean the lenses, use a lens cloth, microfibre material or pre-moistened towelette to clean the lens.

    We have a 30-day, no-questions-asked return or exchange policy for all of our eyewear. If you aren’t satisfied, we can set you up with a full refund or an exchange within 30 days of receipt. 

     

    WHAT KIND OF PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT, IS IT SAFE?

    Definitely! We accept payments through Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, and PayPal for all your orders - so all your payment information is kept safe and secure.

     

    SHIPPING & RETURNS

    HOW WILL MY ORDERS BE SHIPPED?

    For deliveries to Canada, MIKU primarily uses Canada Post. However, depending on circumstances, we may also select from a pool of couriers, such as USPS, UPS, DHL or FEDEX, to provide the most suitable delivery service for your specific order. MIKU will use its discretion to determine the best courier for each order, and reserves the right to change couriers without prior notice.

    For deliveries to US and elsewhere, MIKU will use USPS.


    WHEN WILL MY ORDERS BE SHIPPED?

    Please allow up to 2 business days for processing. Once the item is ready, we will send out a confirmation email when the item is shipped. Orders are shipped on business days only. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within Canada.

    Standard Shipping Methods - We ship all orders as quickly as possible, but please note that there may be processing delays in shipping during sale events and peak shopping days. If you need to receive your package by a specific date, you can always contact hello@miku-shop.com for help in choosing the right shipping method to get it there on time! Extra charges may apply.

     

    WHAT IF I HAVEN’T RECEIVED A CONFIRMATION EMAIL?

    As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive an email confirmation.  For any further questions or information on shipping, please email hello@miku-shop.com and we will answer any queries you may have. If you haven’t heard from us after placing an order, something may have went wrong during your checkout process so please contact us at hello@miku-shop.com.

     

    WHERE’S MY ORDER?

    If the tracking link says package has been delivered and you haven’t received your order yet, your best option would be to contact your local post office! Or contact us at hello@miku-shop.com and we will try to look it up for you and let you know where it might be.

    All questions regarding the status of a package with a tracking number should be directed to the shipping company. To contact the shipping company, simply click on the tracking number. You will then be redirected to their website where contact information is available.

    Unfortunately we have no control over this situation. Once the parcel has left our distribution centre, we have no physical control of where the parcel goes.

     

    WILL MY SHIPMENT COME WITH A TRACKING NUMBER?

    All orders with a US or Canadian address will come with a tracking number. You should receive an email from USPS/Canada Post with your online tracking number. You will be able to trace your order to your door. All other International orders will not be able to be tracked door to door.


    WHICH COUNTRIES DOES MIKU SHIP TO?

    We ship internationally! Please see below for estimated shipping time. Free shipping for orders on $50 or more!

    NORTH AMERICA:

    Please allow up to 3-5 business days for shipping in Canada and up to 5-7 business days for shipping in the US. We are not liable once your package has been delivered. 

    INTERNATIONAL: 

    We ship with USPS for international orders and all orders come with a partial tracking number. This means that once the package leaves our shipping facility in the US, you will not be able to track it door to door. This takes approximately 6-12 business days to arrive once its been shipped.



    WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

    We have a 30-day, no-questions-asked return or exchange policy for all of our eye wear. If you aren’t satisfied, we can set you up with a full refund or an exchange within 30 days of receipt. 

    Please note that you will be responsible for incurring the shipping charges if you would like to refund the product. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

    If you receive anything faulty or damaged when the product arrives, please contact us at hello@miku-shop.com. In this case, MIKU will cover the shipping charges for you to exchange the item.

    DO YOU HAVE A PHYSICAL MIKU STORE?

    No sorry, we are online only.

    CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?

    Made a mistake? Please email hello@miku-shop.com asap and we will fix it for you, as long as your order hasn’t left us we will be able to help. 

     

    I’M GETTING AN ERROR WHEN TRYING TO PLACE AN ORDER, WHAT SHOULD I DO?

    Check you’ve filled all of your details out properly including your name, email, full address and phone number.  Still having issues? Please email hello@miku-shop.com and we will do our best to fix the issue for you.
